We are now looking for a highly experienced and driven site manager for our construction operations in new production and building construction.

About us

TJF Entreprenad Sverige AB conducts construction activities primarily in building construction and new production. The company is part of the Cyntus AB group, where several sister companies collaborate on projects. Within the group, there are among others TJF Måleri AB for painting work, TJF Ställningar AB for scaffolding and weather protection, and TJF Transport for transportation.

We mainly work in Greater Stockholm but also take on assignments in other locations in the country. Our clients include A-Hus, VästkustStugan, Borohus, Götenehus, as well as real estate companies and private clients.

About the role

As a site manager, you have a central and operational role in production. You are responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of our construction projects and lead our carpentry teams in their daily work.

You report directly to the project manager/production manager and have close cooperation with other functions in the company as well as sister companies in the group.

Responsibilities

• Lead and distribute the daily work on the construction site

• Ensure that the work follows drawings, timelines, and budget

• Independently calculate work, estimate time consumption and resources

• Coordinate work with sister companies in painting, scaffolding, weather protection, and transportation

• Be the contact person for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors

• Responsible for work environment and order on the construction site

• Quality assurance and self-checks

• Ongoing reporting of production and progress

• Ensure high quality and satisfied end customer

Qualifications (requirements)

• Several years of documented experience in construction production

• Solid experience in building construction and new production

• Previous experience as a site manager, project manager, or senior carpenter with leadership responsibility

• Very good ability to read and understand construction drawings

• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented

• Good communication skills

• B driver's license

• Right to work in Sweden

Meritorious

• Experience with prefab and element houses

• Vocational certificate in carpentry

• BAS-U and/or BAS-P

• Experience with multiple parallel projects

• Ability to work in other locations if needed

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is confident in their leadership role, responsible, punctual, and meticulous. You have a genuine interest in construction production and quality, as well as a clear focus on ensuring customer satisfaction. You are flexible and can move between different projects.

Employment form

6 months probationary employment, followed by permanent employment.
